侦测能力建设是现代化应急救援队伍能力建设的重要组成部分。通过对水电部队任务特点和现状的分析,总结了水电部队遂行多样化应急救援任务侦测工作所存在的不足,包括侦测手段单一、信息积累较少、信息推送能力有限等。进而在组织建设、制度建设、"四新"技术推广多方面提出了相应的对策建议,可为水电部队侦测系统建设提供参考。

The detecting capacity building is an important component of capacity building for modern emergency rescue team.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the task and the status of Hydropower Engineering Troops,the deficiencies of Hydropower Engineering Troops in implementing the diversified detecting work of emergency rescue task are summarized,such as the single detection means,less information accumulation and limited transport ability. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of organization building,system building and promotion of new techniques,which can provide reference for detection system building of Hydropower Engineering Troops.
