应急救援挖装中队抢险措施制定及运用

Rescue measures formulation of excavating and loading detachment in emergency rescue and its application

随着武警水电部队职能的转变,应急抢险救援成为部队建设的重要内容。以挖装中队为例,分析了应急救援任务的现状及困难,介绍了抢险战法运用的原则,包括人员装备适用,任务合理分配,后勤保障充分等。在此基础上从科技创新、常态研练、资源利用等各方面论述了应急救援措施的制定及运用的策略。相关经验可供其他部门应急抢险工作借鉴。

With the transformation of the work function of Armed Police Hydropower Engineering Troops,the emergency rescue becomes its important function. Taking the excavating and loading detachment as a case,the status and difficulty in emergency rescue are analyzed,and the rescue tactics principle were introduced,including applicable equipment and staff,reasonable task arrangement and full logistic support. On this basis,the strategy of rescue measures formulation and application were discussed in terms of science and technology innovation,regular exercise and resource utilization. Relevant experience can be used as reference for other detachments in emergency rescue work.
