应急技术在某地特大滑坡灾害抢险中的应用

Application of emergency disposal technology in rescue of an extra- large landslide disaster

2015年12月20日,我国南方某地发生了特大滑坡灾害,危难之中,中国人民武装警察部队水电第一总队受命紧急救援。针对滑坡灾害规模大的特点,水电部队官兵发挥了应急救援的技术优势,采取科学的方法和措施,圆满完成了受灾被困人员的搜救任务。对滑坡灾害的发生背景及周边环境、灾害规模及造成的人员伤亡情况,抢险救援人员和设备的配备、救援方案和措施的分析与制定过程及其方案的实施和取得的效果等作了介绍。

On December 20,2015,an extra- large landslide accident occurred somewhere in south China,No. 1 Crops of Hydropower Engineering of the Chinese Armed Police Force was ordered to rescue the hazard. Aiming at the large scale of the landslide,the officers and soldiers played out their technical advantages of emergency rescue and complete the task by using scientific method and measures. The background and surrounding environment of the landslide disaster,the scale,casualties,allocation of rescue staff and equipment,the analysis and formulation process of the rescue plan and measures,the implementation and the effects are introduced.
