摘要
面板表面接缝止水是面板混凝土防渗的关键,影响到大坝蓄水后的安全稳定。以梨园水电站为例,结合现场实际情况,对面板周边缝、垂直缝和坝顶缝止水结构进行了优化,以确保面板混凝土质量满足结构安全及使用功能。后期质量分析结果表明,面板表面接缝止水质量满足设计要求,对同类型的混凝土表面止水施工有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
Joint seal of face slab is the key to seepage control of concrete face dam,which affects the dam safety and stability after the storage. Taking Liyuan Hydropower Station as a case,the peripheral joints,vertical joints and crest joints structure are optimized in combination with the in- situ practice. The optimization made sure that the quality of slab concrete met the requirement of the structural safety and operation function. The post quality analysis results showed that the joint seal quality of face slab met the design requirement. The experience can be used for other concrete surface joint seal construction.
