“新奥法”改进工艺在特大洞室开挖施工中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用传统"新奥法"进行隧洞开挖施工难以满足现代水电建设对工期的要求。采用流水作业方法对传统"新奥法"施工工艺进行了改进,该改进工法的核心是将原来的各层逐层开挖调整为同时开挖,并将改进的施工方法成功应用到某大型水电站特大调室的开挖中。结果表明,该工法不占用直线工期,且施工资源得到合理利用,闲置减少,经济效益显著,可在类似水电工程隧洞施工中推广。 The traditional new Austrian tunneling method( NATM) can not meet the requirement of modern hydropower engineering on construction term. The streamlining method was adopted to improve the traditional NATM,and the improved method was applied in the excavation of a extra- large tunneling in hydropower station. The core of the innovated method was to transform the original layer- by- layer excavation into the simultaneous excavation of all layers,which would not occupies the straight period and reasonably use the construction resource,reduce the idle condition. The improved NATM could be extended to other tunnel construction of similar projects.
