摘要
SF6断路器灭弧室暂态压力测量对于改进灭弧室的结构设计,提升断路器的开断性能具有重要意义。有载情况下暂态压力测量的方法是利用引压导管将压力引出测量,以实现高温隔离。但引压导管会在测量结果中引入高频振荡,其影响不可忽略。文中针对有载条件下暂态压力测量中的引压导管结构对测量结果的影响展开研究。基于激波管模拟实验平台测试了多种结构的动态性能,获得了可以有效抑制导管振荡干扰的方法。在一台252 k V自能式双动断路器上进行了空载及负载开断下灭弧室暂态压力测量实验,实验结果证明在引压导管中填塞阻尼材料可以有效抑制测量结果中的振荡。文中所建立的测量方法能够有效测量断路器开断全过程中灭弧室各处的压力变化。
The transient pressure measurement in SF6 circuit breaker is of great significance for helping its structure design, and thus to improve the breaking capability. The method of measuring the transient pressure in heavy current interruptions is using a tube to insulate the pressure probes from high temperature environment. But the tube will cause high frequency oscillation in measurement results, and the influence cannot be neglected. Investigation is performed on the interference of tube structure on transient pressure measurement under heavy current interruptions. Tests on the dynamic performance of different tube structures are conducted based on shock tube facility. Several methods satisfying the measuring requirements for restraining interference are found in this paper. No-load tests and load tests are conducted with a 252 k V SF6 circuit breaker, the results prove the pressure measurement method established in this paper is effective for measuring the pressure variation in the nozzle.
