摘要 在高压断路器灭弧室动态流场的数值计算中,常常需要快速而准确地提取涉及动网格技术的ANSYS流场海量计算结果,并绘制相关物理参数随时间变化的曲线图。通过集成ANSYS CFD-POST和MATLAB两款商业软件进行了流场后处理的二次开发工作,研制了一种提取相关数据的程序。以某实际高压断路器灭弧室动态流场计算结果为例,将其应用于目标点几何位置变化、相关物理参数变化等工况,验证了该程序的可行性和高效性。结果表明,该程序能很好地解决动态流场后处理中海量数据的提取困难,避免大量额外工作等,实现数据处理工作的参数化和自动化。 In the numerical calculation of dynamic flow field in high voltage circuit breaker arc chamber,it is necessary to quickly and accurately extract massive data of flow field generated in the ANSYS simulation relating with dynamic mesh, and further draw the curves of the relevant physical parameters versus time. In this paper, commercial software ANSYS CFD-POST and MATLAB are integrated for secondary development of fluid simulation post process to develop a program for relevant data extraction.The dynamic flow field calculation result of a high voltage circuit breaker arc chamber in practice is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the developed program, in which geometric position and physical parameters change during post process. It shows that this program can overcome the difficulty of massive data extraction in the post process of dynamic flow field, avoid huge extra work, and realize parameterization and automation in data processing.
