摘要
随着中国电力事业的高速发展,电力部门对高压电器设备的外观、性能和可靠性要求越来越高。ZF11-252(L)型SF6气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(ZF11-252(L)型GIS)隔离开关所配的电动操动机构由于体积大、速度高、对本体冲击严重等缺点,给设备的安全运行带来一定的隐患。为了克服以上缺陷,研究开发了一种结构紧凑、外形美观、速度适中的新型快速电动操动机构,为产品的安全运行提供了可靠保障。文中对电动操动机构的工作原理及主要参数的设计计算进行了详细说明。
With the rapid development of China’s electric power industry, the appearance, performance and reliability of high voltage electrical apparatushas become increasingly demanding. The current spring operating mechanism for ZF11-252(L)-type SF6 gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear ZF11-252(L)ZF11-252(L) type GIS) is large, with high speed and hasserious impact on the switchgear body, so it brings some risks to the safe operation. In order to overcome these deficiencies, a new type of fast electric operating mechanism, which has compact structure, beautiful appearance and moderate speed, is developed. And it can provide a reliable guarantee for the product’s safe operation. In this paper, the working principles, the main parameter design and calculation of this electric operating mechanism are presented in detail.
