Yuankai Bao＇s works play important roles in the development of symphony in modern China.As a composer ,he dug the na- tional element,assimilated western music creation techniques and combined Chinese elements with western elements techniqually. Finally he composed many famous works one after another.There are outstanding themes and special personality in his Symphony works, which show some personal characteristics. Such as nationalized,dramatic and symphonic.As we know, Mr.Bao made great contribution to the development of modern symphony of China.
