河北省欠发达地区县域新型城镇化建设案例探析

A Case Study on the Urbanization of the Less Developed County in Hebei Province

在京津冀协同发展的大格局下,河北省的经济发展取得了辉煌的成就,城镇化发展迅速,但从整体上全省的城镇化水平相对较低,尤其是省内欠发达地区新型城镇化建设缓慢。"三农"基础薄弱,基础设施建设尚未完善,生态脆弱、产业结构不合理,体制机制滞后等因素导致区域间发展的不平衡,制约了全省新型城镇化建设的平稳健康发展。通过对目前河北省欠发达县域的城镇化现状分析,并以有代表性的张家口怀来县入手,从实证的角度剖析了河北省欠发达地区县域城镇化存在的问题及其原因,提出今后发展策略。

Hebei Province has achieved great economic development with the coordination of Beijing and Tianjin, including the rapid development of urbanization. However, the urbanization of the whole province is relatively low, especially in those less developed areas. The foundation of the agriculture is weak and the infrastructure construction is not yet perfect. Some facts such as the unreasonable industrial structure and the imbalance of regional development have restricted the steady and healthy development in new urbanization of the whole province. This article analyzes the problems and the reasons existing during the urbanization in the less developed areas, taking Huailai County in Zhangjiakou as an example, to put forward the development strategies for the future development of the less developed areas in Hebei province county urbanization.
