摘要
眼内恶性肿瘤分为原发性肿瘤与转移性肿瘤,多发生于视网膜和葡萄膜,巩膜及视神经较少见。眼内恶性肿瘤是一种严重致盲性疾病,甚至可危及患者的生命。明确诊断后选择恰当的治疗措施对于保留患者视功能、延长生命十分重要。随着医疗技术的发展,眼内恶性肿瘤的治疗已不局限于手术,还包括放射治疗、激光治疗、化疗及局部抗新生血管药物注射等。本文将针对眼内恶性肿瘤治疗的方法、适应证及并发症进行综述。
Intraocular malignant tumors include primary and metastatic tumors.Retina and uvea are the most common sites Juniors originated from the sclera and optic nerve are rare.Intraocular tumors can endanger the patient＇ s vision and even life,once diagnosed,proper treatment is very important.With the development of medical technology,intraocular malignant tumor is not only limited to surgery,but also including radiotherapy,laser therapy,chemotherapy and intraocular anti-VEGF therapy.This article reviews the treatment methods of intraocular malignant tumors,indications and complications of varies treatments.
