摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对矿用驱动链轮与链环进行了包括几何非线性、材料非线性和接触非线性的有限元仿真分析。在此基础上,利用ANSYS和Pro/E双向参数化接口,对链轮齿形状进行多目标参数优化设计,进而提出对链轮齿形状、配合间隙等参数优化的改进措施。
Application of finite element analysis software ANSYS to mine for driving sprocket and chain including nonlinear geometric nonlinear, material and contacts with non-linear finite element simulation analysis. On this basis, the use of ANSYS and ProFE hi-directional parameterized interfaces on the sprocket teeth shapes for multi-objective optimization design, presented on the sprocket teeth shapes, clearance, and other parameters optimization improvements.
