摘要 将传统行星架中间联接板改为圆柱销结构,并对其左右侧板厚度及圆柱销直径进行了优化和有限元分析。得到强度和刚度满足设计要求,质量较传统结构减轻约43.8%的行星架。不仅降低了生产成本,提高了其均载效果,而且为优化减速器体积提供了较大的空间。 The thesis changes the connecting plate of traditional planetary carrier to round pro, and the structure of planetary carrier is optimized with the thickness of both left and right walls, the radius of connecting plates, and the finite element analysis is carried out. A planetary carrier has been got which strength and rigidity meet the need of design, and its mass is 43.8% lower than traditional planetary carrier. Not only reduces production cost, improve the load sharing, and provides a larger space for the optimization of gearbox volume.
