摘要
采用ABAQUS软件及UMAT用户材料子程序对截齿截割煤岩过程进行了建模和有限元仿真,模拟了截齿截割煤岩过程中截齿在热力耦合作用下的变形过程。指出了截齿截割煤岩过程中,齿尖硬质合金刀头、截齿齿体前段外表面及合金刀头与齿体焊缝处为应力最大区域,截齿刀头和齿体前端表面温度较高,易造成截齿的高温氧化和热疲劳磨损。
Finite element simulation modeling of coal cutting process was established by ABAQUS software and UMAT user material subroutine. Deformation process of cutting pick was simulated under the hot and mechanical coupling effects. The study found that the maximum stress areas were located in hard alloy cutter, front outer surface of pick body and the weld seam between the alloy cutter and the pick body during the coal cutting process; the temperature of alloy cutter and the front outer surface of pick body were raised for the friction heat effect. It is easy to cause oxidation and thermal fatigue wear of the cutting pick under the condition of high temperature.
