摘要
应用ANSYS软件对圆锥滚子轴承进行有限元仿真分析,在计算滚子与滚道的应力、接触变形及其分布状态的基础上,确定合适的凸度形式及滚子与滚道的最佳凸度匹配关系。分析结果表明,在一定条件下带凸度的圆锥滚子轴承可以最大限度地降低滚子和内外圈接触引起的边界应力集中。
Finite element simulation analysis on the tapered roller bearings by using ANSYS software. On the basis of ealeulation of the roller and raceway stress, contact deformation and its distribution,the proper crowning form and option crowning match relation between roller and raceway are determined. The results show that the border contact stress concentration occurred between rollers and inner, outer ring raceways of tapered roller bearings with the crowning can be reduced maximumly under certain conditions.
