摘要
针对使用传统插补方法在加工椭圆曲线类工件时存在粗糙度高、光顺度低的问题,提出1种基于NURBS的椭圆曲线加工方法。该方法基于NURBS曲线插补方法对数控程序进行后处理,通过合理选择基函数、控制点、权因子等参数来实现拟合精度及进给速度的优化。仿真与切削加工对比试验结果表明,NURBS曲线插补加工方式提高了表面质量和曲面的光顺度。
For the problem that the traditional interpolation method has the high roughness and low degree of smoothness when machining elliptic-profile workpiece, a new method based on NURBS is proposed. The method post-process the NC program based on the NURBS curve interpolation method by reasonable choice of basis functions, control points, weight factor and other parameters to achieve the fitting accuracy and feed rate optimization. The simulation and experiment results show that the NURBS curve interpolation method can improve the surface quality and surface smoothness.
