基于平煤力学分析的平煤板结构优化

摘要 随着煤矿的陆续改造,产煤量的递增,传统的装车平煤器已不能满足要求,为了避免偏载或超载状况的发生,针对煤矿平煤板进行受力分析,并在此基础上进行结构优化设计,在满足功能要求的基础上增大设备的安全系数和延长使用寿命并提高平整效果,提高煤矿安全生产效益。 With the succession transformation of coal mines and the increasing coal production, the conventional loading device does not meet the requirements. In order to avoid partial load or overload condition occurs ,aiming at the coal mine in loading device stress analysis, and on this basis to design the structural, on the basis of meeting the functional requirements increase devices the safety factor, prolong life and improve the smoothness effect. Improve coal mine safety production benefits.
