摘要
为实现液压机机架的轻量化设计,研究非参数化拓扑优化方法。在满足装配、制造工装等约束前提下,对上梁零件结构进行拓扑优化,获得最优的载荷传递拓扑结构,以此指导零件结构的优化设计。新设计的零件结构完全满足刚度、强度等设计性能指标要求,实现减重14.86%。所采用的技术方案便于工程实施,为类似产品的优化设计提供借鉴和参考。
To the lightweight design of the hydraulic press frame, no parameter topology optimization method was used to detect the optimal load transfer topology structure, in which the structure should also meet the assembling and manufacturing constraints. The obtained result was used as a design guide for the new part reconstruction. The new scheme completely meets the design performance requirements such as stiffness, strength, and achieves weight loss of 14.86%. The technical solution adopted in this paper is facilitating for engineering project implementation, and provide as a reference for the similar products optimized design.
