ф530 mm缸径双伸缩立柱的设计在材料选用、活塞及导向套密封的设计选型、制造过程中的工艺设计、工装设计等都有更高的要求。通过研制ф530 mm缸径的立柱,掌握了该规格立柱的设计及制造工艺,为大采高、高工作阻力支架的研制奠定基础。
The design selection of materials, of the double telescopic cylinder column of diameter 530 has higher demands on design and selection of the guide sleeve and piston seal, technological design during manufacturing process and tooling design. By means of research the column of diameter 530 mm, we can grasp the design and manufacturing methods of this kind, and lay a foundation for the development of the support of large mining height and highworking resistancet.
