摘要
为改善柴油机球墨铸铁气缸套的硬度、强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能,运用超音速等离子喷涂和爆炸喷涂的喷涂方式在气缸套上制备了铁基涂层并对气缸套的性能进行了测试。结果表明,通过在气缸套上制备铁基涂层可以改善其机械性能并延长其使用寿命,同时采用爆炸喷涂的喷涂方式能够更为显著地提升气缸套的性能,为气缸套的实际生产设计提供了一定的指导意义。
For improvement of hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ductile cast iron cylinder liners of diesel engines, an iron-base coating was prepared in cylinder liners by means of the supersonic plasma and explosion spraying methods and their performances was measured. The measured results indicate that the iron-base coating may lead to improvement of performances and service life of cylinder liners; especially, the explosion spraying may result in remarkably improvement of performances of cylinder liners; thus, such process may be of certain guiding significance for actual production and design of cylinder liners.
