摘要
起重机作业时,由于小车的加速或减速,经常或导致吊重的摇摆,无法完全避免。起重机防摇摆的要求是在起重机起制动等变速运动时起重机吊重的摆幅在一定的安全范围内,而吊点停止在指定位置时趋近于零。对起重机防摇系统进行数学建模并简化后,基于Simulink建立系统仿真模型,并分别用LQR线性二次型、PID算法进行仿真分析。
Because the acceleration and deceleration of anti.sway means the swing amplitude must controlled decelerate ,when the lifting hook stop in the designated car, the crane always sways when working.Crane in the safe range when the car accelerate and location the swing amplitude approached zero. build mathematical modeling of crane anti-sway system and simplify,then simulation and analysis based on Simulink. The PID algorithm is used to simulate the LQR linear two times.
