介绍王家岭矿12.8 km主平硐带式输送机冗余控制系统的硬件组成与控制流程,详细阐述机头S形启动控制方式,机尾速度张力控制方式及多点驱动功率平衡的实现,为今后长距离、大运量带式输送机的电气控制系统设计、驱动方式布置提供了宝贵经验。
The redundancy control system hardware composition and control process of the 12.8 km belt conveyor in Wangjialing Mine is introduced. The nose S start control mode, the tail speed tension control method and the realization of multipoint drive power balance is described, for the electrical control system design and the drive way of a long belt conveyor to provide valuable experiences.
