基于ANSYS的单梁桥式起重机的结构轻量化研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对国内外起重机的自重进行比较,发现我国桥机存在安全系数选用过大、结构笨重、材料浪费严重、主梁的强度和刚度存在较大的富裕量等问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的Design explorer快速优化工具对某单梁桥式起重机进行了结构轻量化研究,选取横梁的截面相应尺寸作为输入参数,应力、应变最大值和质量的最小值为输出参数,通过参数优化,对比优化前后横梁的强度、刚度和模态分析结果,给出了轻量化的方案。 By comparing the weight of crane domestically and overseas,fingding that there are many problems about bridge crane including the larger safety coefficient selection,the stupid heavy structure of bridge crane, serious material waste, the large amount of rich strength and stiffness of main girder.By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the fast optimization tools Design explorer to do the structure lightweight research for one single girder of the bridge crane,selecting the corresponding cross section size of the girder as input paramaters;stress,the maximum stress, strain and the minimum quality value as the output parameters. Finally,through the parameters optimization,compared the strength, stiffness and modal analysis results of the girder before and after optimization , lightweight scheme is given.
