摘要
分析了大唐彬长发电有限责任公司两台2×630 MW机组的四大风机(送风机、一次风机、引风机、增压风机)的风烟控制系统,根据锅炉四大风机及炉膛的热力系统关系,探讨了四大风机对炉膛压力及脱硫系统烟气压力的影响,提出了相应的控制措施以保证炉膛压力及原烟气压力的稳定。
This paper studies the air and flue gas control systems of four boiler fans(including the forced draft fan,primary air fan, induced draft fan and booster fan)equipped on two sets of 2×630 MW unit in Datang Binchang Power Co,Ltd, and according to the thermodynamical relations between four boiler fans and the furnaces, probes into the impact of four boiler fans on the furnace pressure and the flue gas pressure of desulfurization system, puts forward some corresponding control measures for guaranteeing the stability of furnace pressure and original flue gas pressure.
