随着社会的快速发展,图书馆的数量不断增多,图书馆员的工作压力也在不断增大,很多图书馆员出现了职业倦怠,这对图书馆的发展十分不利。分析了图书馆馆员职业倦怠的危害性,针对图书馆员产生职业倦怠的原因,探讨了应对的思路及策略。

Along with the rapid development of the society, the number of the library is growing continuously,librarians＇ work pressure is also increasing, a lot of librarians are in the job burnout, it＇s not good for the development of the library. This paper analyzes the harms of librarians＇ job burnout, and in the light of the causes of librarians＇ job burnout, probes into corresponding ideas and strategies.
