摘要
在工程实践,尤其是在进度和费用控制方面,P6软件具有得天独厚的优势。以临汾某EPC项目P6应用为例,介绍了P6软件在实施过程中的优点和不足,对P6软件实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了解决的方法和思路。
In engineering practice, especially in terms of schedule and cost control, software P6 has a unique advantage. Taking the application of software P6 in an EPC project in Linfen City as an example, this paper introduces the advantages and shortcomings of software P6 in its implementation process, analyzes some problems existing in the implementation process of software P6, and puts forward some solutions.
