心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病的诊断价值被引量：2

摘要目的探讨心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析郑州市第三人民医院2014年1月至2015年3月实施心电图监测的80例患者的临床资料,将确诊为冠心病者设为研究组(32例),另外行冠状动脉造影诊断为阴性者设为对照组(48例),分析对比两组心电图破碎QRS波的发生率与破碎QRS于心电图中的具体分布情况。结果研究组破碎QRS波发生率(65.63%)高于对照组(35.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组碎裂QRS波分布于心脏下壁发生率均高于侧壁和前壁,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病诊断具有重要价值,不仅可有效提高检出率,而且碎裂QRS波对冠心病多支病变预测价值极高。
