摘要
采用DCS-C12型蒸馏收集器提取土壤中的总氰化物，然后按照HJ745—2015测定土壤中的总氰化物。优化的试验条件如下：①蒸馏时间为80min；②反应温度为125。C；③50g·L^-1氯化亚锡溶液的用量为1．0mL；④磷酸的用量为5．0mL。方法应用于模拟土壤样品的分析，测定值与国家标准方法测定结果相符，测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）在6．5％～9．4％之间。用标准加入法做方法的回收试验，测得回收率在86．6％～108％之间。
The total cyanide in soil was extracted with DCS-C12 distillation collector, and then determined as described in HJ 745--2015. The optimized conditions found were as follows： ① time of distillation： 80 min; ② temperature of reaction： 125 ℃ ; ③ amount of 50 g · L^-1 stannous chloride solution added： 1.0 mL; ④ amount of H3 PO4 added： 5.0 mL. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of simulated soil samples, giving results in consistency with those obtained by the GB method, with RSD＇s （n=6） in the range of 6. 5%-9. 4%. Test for recovery was performed by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 86. 6 %-108%.
