摘要
采用DCS-C12型蒸馏收集器提取土壤中的总氰化物,然后按照HJ745—2015测定土壤中的总氰化物。优化的试验条件如下:①蒸馏时间为80min;②反应温度为125。C;③50g·L^-1氯化亚锡溶液的用量为1.0mL;④磷酸的用量为5.0mL。方法应用于模拟土壤样品的分析,测定值与国家标准方法测定结果相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在6.5%~9.4%之间。用标准加入法做方法的回收试验,测得回收率在86.6%~108%之间。
The total cyanide in soil was extracted with DCS-C12 distillation collector, and then determined as described in HJ 745--2015. The optimized conditions found were as follows: ① time of distillation: 80 min; ② temperature of reaction: 125 ℃ ; ③ amount of 50 g · L^-1 stannous chloride solution added: 1.0 mL; ④ amount of H3 PO4 added: 5.0 mL. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of simulated soil samples, giving results in consistency with those obtained by the GB method, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 6. 5%-9. 4%. Test for recovery was performed by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 86. 6 %-108%.
