高糖对血管炎症及动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,具有血管参与、渗出、炎性细胞浸润、细胞表型转换与死亡和组织增生等炎症特征。血源性炎症和免疫细胞组成了动脉粥样硬化斑块的重要部分,其余主要为血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞。研究发现,链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的糖尿病小鼠模型,其免疫系统的先天性和适应性反应延迟,感染的风险增加。
