摘要
本文基于东道国的经济特征,研究中国对外投资企业投资模式选择问题及不同投资模式对中国OFDI企业员工工资和产出的影响。研究结果表明:OFDI企业选择投资模式会随着东道国经济特征的不同而发生变化,东道国工程建设速度越快、开放程度越高,独资兼并的模式更有利;拥有高经济增长和庞大的市场的东道国,合资模式会更好;而外资流入规模越高,独资形式越有利;就四种投资模式的对比分析而言,合资兼并模式下劳动产出表现最差;独资绿地和独资兼并模式下劳动者平均工资最高;并未发现投资模式对劳动者福利有显著影响。本文扩宽了人们对海外投资策略的认识,为中国海外投资提供了重要的参考依据。
When Multinationals entry a new country, they have to choose investment modes which can help them survive in the new environment. Based on the economic characteristics of host country, this paper analyzes how economic features influence a firm＇ s decision about entry mode and what impacts does the mode would bring to staff salary and output. The results show that OFDI mode selection changes along with host countries＇ varying economic features.Specifically, given a host country with higher degree of opening and faster construction speed, it is more beneficial to choose wholly- ownedsubsidiary; given a host country with higher economic growth rate and larger market, joint venture is better choice. This paper also concludes that labor output is minimum under joint venture mode and average staff salary is highest under wholly-owned subsidiary mode. There is insignificant linkage between OFDI mode selection and employee welfare.
