时空视角下中国沿海地区碳排放效率评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of Carbon Emission Efficiency in Coastal Areas of China from the Perspective of Time and Space

摘要 基于超效率三阶段DEA模型对2005—2014年中国沿海地区碳排放效率进行研究,剔除了环境因素和随机因素,得到更科学、真实的碳排放效率。通过对第一阶段和第三阶段的碳排放效率值进行比较分析发现,剔除了环境因素和随机因素前后的沿海各地区的效率值存在明显的差异。通过聚类分析将中国沿海11个省市分为五个档次,其中辽宁和广东处于高效区,海南处于低效区,这与传统DEA模型评价结果有显著区别。 The efficiency of carbon emission in China's coastal areas from 2005 to 2014 was studied,and the environmental factors and random factors were eliminated based on three stage DEA model,in order to get more scientific and real carbon emission efficiency. By comparing the efficiency of carbon emission in the first and third stages,the results showed that there were significant differences in the efficiency values of the coastal areas before and after the random factors. In addition,China's coastal areas were divided into five grades by cluster analysis. Aamong them,Guangdong and Liaoning were in a high efficient area,while Hainan was in the low efficiency zone,which was significantly different from the traditional DEA model evaluation results.
