江苏省现代海洋产业体系及发展路径研究

Research on Modern Marine Industry System and Development Path of Jiangsu Province

在海洋强国和21世纪海上丝绸之路战略的推动下,我国海洋经济将保持较快的发展态势。"十三五"时期,江苏省将推动海洋产业向全球价值链高端跃升,培育新的区域经济带,把海洋经济打造成江苏经济快速持续发展的重要引擎。基于江苏省现代海洋产业发展的基础条件,以海洋强省战略为目标,对海洋三次产业进行分类细化,提出各自发展方向,并从陆域到海洋、沿海到远海、浅海到深海的视角,提出了构建现代海洋产业体系的发展路径。

Driving by marine power and the 21 st century maritime silk road strategy,China＇s marine economy would maintain a rapid development trend.＂13th Five-Year＂period,Jiangsu would promote the marine industry jumped to the high-end global value chain,and fostered the new regional economic zone,made the marine economy play an important engine of rapid and sustained the economic development.Based on the basic conditions for the development of modern marine industry and a maritime province strategic goal of Jiangsu,refined the development direction of the ocean three industries,and from land to ocean,coastal to offshore and shallow sea to deep sea view,proposed to build the development path of modern marine industry system.
