Discussion on Influence Factors on Transportation Timeliness of Railway Express Block Trains

阐述铁路快运班列产品体系结构及其运输时效性保障的特点,分析铁路快运班列的作业过程及主要作业环节,在此基础上按不同班列产品分析影响快运班列运输时效性的主要因素,提出提高铁路快运班列运输时效性的对策,即开发编组灵活的快运班列产品、优化快运接取送达服务、升级快运场站设施设备、实现信息系统互联互通、完善货物实时追踪功能、优化国际和铁水联运班列作业流程。

This paper expounds the system structure of railway express block train products and its characteristics of ensuring transportation timeliness, and analyzes operation process and main operation links of railway express block trains. Based on the above, the paper analyzes the main factors influencing transportation timeliness of express block trains according to different block train products, and puts forward countermeasures for increasing transportation timeliness of the trains, such as developing the express block train products with flexible formation, optimizing the receiving-delivery service of express, upgrading the equipment and facilities of express stations, realizing interoperability of information systems, improving the freight real-time tracking function and optimizing the operation process of international and sea-rail inter-modal transport block trains.
