摘要
以沈阳铁路局为例,从旅游业持续发展、人口结构变化、居民生活水平提高和城市化进程加快等方面,分析沈阳铁路局旅客运输市场机会。结合旅客运输市场竞争力分析,从铁路市场营销不到位、旅客运输服务质量不高的角度分析存在的问题,提出沈阳铁路局旅客运输市场对策,即开发满足旅客需求的客运新产品、建设有助提升竞争力的新线路、开展有针对性的差异化促销活动、提高旅客运输的服务质量,为沈阳铁路局旅客运输提高市场竞争力奠定基础。
Taking Shenyang Railway Administration as an example, this paper analyzes the opportunities of passenger transportation market of Shenyang Railway Administration from these aspects such as sustainable development of tourism, change of population structure, improvement of living standard of the residents and acceleration of urbanization process. Combining with analysis on competitiveness of passenger transportation market, the paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of imperfect railway marketing and low quality of passenger transportation service, and puts forward countermeasures of passenger transportation market by Shenyang Railway Administration, such as developing new passenger transportation products which satisfying the demand of passenger, constructing new lines which promoting competitiveness, developing targeted and differential promotional activities and increasing service quality of passenger transportation, so as to provide foundation for increasing competitiveness of passenger transportation market by Shenyang Railway Administration.
