摘要
根据高强度深海管线的试压要求,开发研制出首台套最大试压能力达200 MPa和最大管径Φ323的钢管水压试验机。文章结合Φ323-200 MPa水压试验机的主要参数、工艺路线、设备组成和结构特点,针对集成式超高压增压系统、联合增压系统、模具和高压部件进行结构优化、对超高压水路阀控系统、超高压密封等关键技术进行了研发,以达到钢管试验要求。
According to the requirements of the high strength and deep-sea line pipe pressure test, this paper developed the first the maximum capacity sets of 200 MPa pressure testing and maximum diameter Φ323 mm steel pipe hydrotester. Combining with main parameters of Φ323-200 MPa hydrotester, process route, equip- ment composition and the structure characteristics, in view of the compositive hyperpressure supercharging sys- tem, combined supercharging system, die and high pressure parts structure optimization, hyperpressure water- valve control system, such as hyperpressure seal key technology research and development, to meet the require- ments of steel pipe test.
