Research on the formation process determination of large ring radial-axial rolling

大型环件径轴向轧制成形工艺复杂,合理的成形工艺可以提高大型环件径轴向轧制成形的产品质量。本文对大型环件径轴向轧制成形工艺制定进行研究,给出了成形工艺制定流程和方法,其中包括轧制成形环件冷态和热态尺寸的确定、环件毛坯冷态和热态尺寸的确定、环件径轴向轧制成形工艺的确定。本文的研究成果在大型环件径轴向轧制技术的实际生产中获得了成功应用。

The formation process of large ring radial-axial rolling is complicated and the reasonable process can improve the ring quality. The formation process determination of large ring radial-axial rolling is studied in the paper. The whole determination flow and method is given, which includes the dimension determination of rolled hot ring and rolled cold ring, the dimension determination of cold ring blank and hot ring blank, the process de- termination of ring radial-axial rolling. The study has been successfully used in the production of large ring ra- dial-axial roiling.
