摘要
针对RH顶升液压缸在顶升过程中的恒速、同步的技术要求,有针对性的建立了阀控非对称缸的simulink模型,利用速度负反馈PID和同步误差正反馈PID控制,实现了四缸稳定的恒速同步运动。
For the technical requirements of the constant speed and the synchronization of movement during the lifting process by RH lift - up cylinders, and for which the valve-asymmetric cylinder model is established by matlab simulink, using speed negative feedback PID and synchronization errors positive feedback PID control- lers to achieve stability constant and synchronous movement of the four lift-up cylinders.
