甜荞不同花期剪花处理对籽粒灌浆特性的影响

Effects of cutting flowers on grain-filling of common buckwheat at different flowering stages

为研究甜荞不同花期的籽粒灌浆特性,以丰甜1号为试验材料,在不同花期进行剪花处理,测定其百粒鲜重、含水量、百粒干重,并用Richards方程进行拟合分析。结果表明,百粒鲜重表现为随花期的延后呈先增后减趋势,含水量逐渐递减,百粒干重呈现"S"型曲线。花期靠前的甜荞灌浆物质相对充分,生长迅速;花期靠后的灌浆物质来源相对不足,阻碍其灌浆过程的进行。

In this article, common buckwheat Fengtian 1 was used to study the grain-filling process using Richards＇ s equation with different treatments of cutting flower. The 100-grain flesh weight, water content and 100-grain dry weight were also determined. The results showed that 100-grain dry weight exhibited an ＂S＂ curve. The 100-grain flesh weight increased firstly and then reduced as the flowering phase postponed. Filling material was relatively sufficient in Fengtian 1 at the early flowering phase and it increased rapidly. Filling material was relatively shortage in Fengtian 1 at the late flowering phase hindering the process of grain-filling.
