乳腺癌循环肿瘤细胞的检测及临床应用进展 被引量：2

摘要 1前言1869年,澳大利亚内科医生Thomas Ashworth第一次描述并证实了在形态上与原发肿瘤相似的循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells,CTCs）的存在。由此便掀起了CTC的研究热潮。目前CTC计数和特征化是转化研究中的主要工具,并逐渐在临床应用中成为预后和药代动力学的标记物。
