超声弹性成像对乳腺病变诊断的应用进展

Application progress of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of breast lesions

随着超声影像技术的发展,乳腺病变的检出率明显提高,在二维超声成像的基础上,弹性成像技术能够提供病灶的软硬度信息,更准确地定性诊断乳腺病变,为临床治疗提供更多信息。本文就近年来超声弹性成像在乳腺疾病中的研究进展及其临床应用进行综述。

With the development of ultrasonic imaging technology,the detection rate of breast lesion,obviously,is advanced.Elastography technology is able to provide lesion’s hardness and make qualitative diagnosis for breast condition more accurately on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasound,which can offer more information for clinical treatment. This paper reviews the recent research progress of ultrasonic elastography and its clinical application in the diagnosis of breast lesions.
