血管回声跟踪技术评价2型糖尿病患者血管内皮弹性功能

Evaluation of vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by vascular echo tracking technique

摘要 目的应用血管回声跟踪技术评价2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮弹性功能。方法选取40例2型糖尿病患者(A组)、40例2型糖尿病患者并左室舒张功能减退患者(B组),以及30例正常成人(对照组),应用血管回声跟踪技术分别测量各组颈总动脉的僵硬度指数、血管压力-应变弹性系数、顺应性、增大指数及脉搏波传导速度,结果进行比较分析。结果 B组颈总动脉的僵硬度指数、血管压力-应变弹性系数、增大指数及脉搏波传导速度均较对照组和A组明显升高,顺应性明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);A组颈总动脉的僵硬度指数较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),余参数亦升高,差异无统计学意义。结论应用血管回声跟踪技术能较早地发现2型糖尿病患者血管内皮弹性功能受损情况,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To Evaluate the vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes by vascular vascular echo tracking technique.Methods Forty cases with type 2 diabetes (group A),forty cases with type 2 diabetes and left ventricular diastolic function(group B) and thirty cases of normal adults(control group) were enrolled in this study. The echo tracking was applied to detect the common carotid artery stiffness index,the coefficient of elasticity of vascular stress -strain, compliance,the augmentation index and pulse wave velocity.Results The common carotid artery stiffness index,the coefficient of elasticity of vascular stress-strain,the augmentation index and pulse wave velocity in group B were significantly increased,the compliance was significantly decreased compared with group A and control group,there was significant difference(all P〈0.05).The common carotid artery stiffness index in group A was significantly higher than that in control group,there was significant difference (P 〈0.05),the remaining parameters in group A also increased,but there was no significant difference.Conclusion The application of echo tracking technique has important clinical significance in early determination of the vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes.
