摘要 为了提高4G网络的峰值速率,中国移动有必要积极开展MIMO增强技术的部署研究。因此首先介绍了MIMO增强技术的基本原理,为了支持最高达8层的空分复用,REL-10重新设计了两种下行参考信号,即CSI-RS和DM-RS以及一种新的传输模式,即传输模式9;然后指出了中国移动部署MIMO增强技术的两大优势,即中国移动的LTE技术采用的是TDD制式以及中国移动大部分基站使用的是8通道智能天线和8通道RRU。通过以上分析,最后得出了中国移动MIMO增强技术的部署建议。 In order to raise the 4G network peak speed, it is necessary for China Mobile to actively study the deployment of MIMO enhancement technology. First, the paper introduced the basic principle of the technology, to support up to eight-layer spatial multiplexing, REL-10 introduced two types of downlink reference signals, namely CSI-RS and DM-RS, as well as a new transmission mode, namely transmission mode 9. After that the paper pointed out China Mobile’s two advantages for the deployment of MIMO enhancement technology, one being its using LTE TDD mode, another being its majority base stations are 8-paths smart antenna and 8-paths RRU. Based on above analysis, fi nally the paper made deployment suggestions for the MIMO enhancement technology for China Mobile.
