《琼海潮音》是日军侵略海南岛期间精心炮制的一份月刊,是日本侵略者对海南岛民实施文化渗透的一大利器。其实施文化渗透的主要策略为宣扬中日亲善,粉饰太平;鼓吹"反共",诋毁共产党领导的抗日力量;支持汪精卫政权的"建国"方针,为建立"大东亚共荣圈"摇旗呐喊。从本质上讲,《琼海潮音》是日军侵略中国的参与者,是协助侵略者统治本国同胞的汉奸杂志。

Qiong Hai Chao Yin（ Voice of Hainan）,a monthly journal elaborately published during the period of the Japanese Army＇s invasion into Hainan Island,is one major weapon for the Japanese invaders to implement the cultural penetration to the Hainan islanders. Its main strategies involve propagating the Sino-Japanese rapprochement to fake a false appearance of peace and prosperity and preaching the ＂anti-CPC＂to slander the anti-Japanese forces led by the CPC while supporting the ＂country-building＂plan of Wang Jingwei regime so as to thump the tub for creating＂The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere＂. Fundamentally,Qiong Hai Chao Yin is the participator of the Japanese Army＇s invasion into China and a traitor journal that facilitates the invaders to rule the national compatriots.
