2008年爆发的世界经济危机对拉美各国造成了不同程度的影响。作为与美国经济联系最为紧密的拉美国家,墨西哥经济受到的冲击最为明显,经济增长放缓,失业增加,整体经济形势比较严峻。面对这一状况,墨西哥政府出台了一系列就业政策,旨在保证和促进就业,推动经济复苏。近年来,墨西哥政府的就业政策取得了一定的成效,一定程度地遏制了就业形势的恶化,起到了加强社会稳定、巩固消费和扩大内需的作用,但也存在一些不足。

The global financial crisis erupted in 2008 caused varying degrees of impact on Latin American countries.As the most associated Latin American country with the US economy,the impact on Mexican economy was the most obvious.For example,economic growth slowed down,unemployment increased,and the overall economic situation was rather difficult.Faced with this situation,the Mexican government introduced a series of employment policy designed to guarantee and promote employment and economic recovery.In recent years,the Mexican government＇s employment policy has achieved a certain success,curbed the deterioration of the employment situation in a certain degree,thus served to strengthen social stability,to consolidate consumption and to expand domestic demands,but there are also some disadvantages.
