新型城镇化时空修复现象的经济哲学思考

Economic Philosophical Thinking on the Spatio-temporal Fix Phenomenon of New Urbanization

当前,西方发达资本主义国家已经进入了生产的绝对过剩时期,试图利用"时间—空间修复"手段解决资本过度积累的危机。但是,在不改变资本主义生产方式的前提下,"时间—空间修复"只能服从于资本逻辑的支配,以转移矛盾、地理扩张的方式为资本增值寻找空间,走上了为生产而生产的道路。随着我国温饱问题的解决、小康社会目标的基本完成,我国也进入了过剩经济时代。大卫·哈维的"时间—空间修复"理论对于解决我国当前的各种问题具有一定的借鉴意义。我国的新型城镇化的实践已经逐渐证明,以社会主义政治经济力量驾驭资本,沿着经济空间-社会空间-人的发展空间的时空修复路径,才能走上可持续的空间生产之路。

At present,the western developed capitalist countries have entered the absolute surplus period,and tried to solve the crisis of excessive accumulation of capital by the means of＂Spatio- temporal Fix＂. However,in the premise of not changing the mode of capitalism production,＂Spatio- temporal Fix＂can only be subjected to the control of capital and then search the space for capital by transferring the contradiction and Geographic expansion,and finally make the production become the goal of itself. China has entered into relative surplus period after the problem of food and clothing had been solved and the fundamental goal of Well- off Society accomplished. David Harvey＇s ＂Spatio- temporal Fix＂theory has a certain reference value for solving various problems in our country. The practice of new urbanization has gradually proved that only by using the socialist political and economic power to control the capital,following the path of ＂economic space- social space- human beings＇ space＂can we embark on the road of sustainable development.
