大学生自尊和宽恕他人的关系:主观幸福感的中介作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究通过探求主观幸福感在自尊与宽恕他人间的中介作用,进而探讨提升大学生宽恕水平的内在作用机制。方法:采用Hearland宽恕量表、总体幸福感量表、Rosenberg自尊量表,对齐齐哈尔大学、齐齐哈尔医学院、哈尔滨理工大学、哈尔滨师范大学的450名在校大学生发放问卷。结果:主观幸福感作为完全中介变量,自尊通过主观幸福感对宽恕他人具有稳定的间接作用。结论:主观幸福感在自尊与宽恕他人间具有强烈的中介效应,主观幸福感的提振能够让大学生以积极的心态处理和应对问题,从而提高大学生的宽恕他人水平,有效降低大学生之间的冲突事件的发生。 Objective: to explore the inner mechanism that can promote the level of college students' forgiveness by studying how the subjective well- being plays the mediator role in self- esteem and forgive others. Methods: by Hearland forgiveness scale,well-being scale and Rosenberg self- esteem scale to research 347 college students from Qiqihar University,Qiqihar Medical College,Harbin University of Science and Technology and Harbin Normal University. Results: The subjective well- being could be regarded as a complete mediating variable,and self- esteem had stably indirect role for forgiving others through subjective well- being. Conclusion:Subjective well- being had strong mediation effect in self- esteem and forgiving others,college students would deal with and respond to questions with positive attitude for strong subjective well- being. At the same time it could improve the level of college students' forgiveness and reduce the occurrence of conflict between the students.
