摘要
基于多体动力学软件ADAMS,建立了包括前后悬架、轮胎、车架、驾驶室、动力系统等总成的重型载货汽车的整车模型,对整车模型进行了随机路面的虚拟平顺性仿真测试,并对试验样车进行了道路试验.将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,研究结果表明:整车模型仿真数据比较准确,所建立的整车多体动力学模型可以用于实际车辆的平顺性仿真分析.
A model for a heavy truck is established in ADAMS, the multi-body dynamics software, including such assemblies as its front suspension, rear suspension, tires, frame, driving cab and its power system. The ride comfort of the model is simulated on the random road and the road test of a prototype vehicle is carried out. After comparing the simulation results with the test data, the conclusions show that the simulation data of the model is accurate, and the established model can be used in the simulation analysis for the ride comfort of an actual vehicle.
