摘要
针对一款发动机前端噪音大问题,对音源位置、大小及产生原因进行检测分析,然后通过逐步的对比试验,对增加正时罩盖隔音罩的设计方案进行逐步验证,最终确定正时罩盖隔音罩设计方案,开发样件并进行装车试验,彻底解决了正时噪音问题.
Aiming at the problem of the larger noises at the front-end of an engine, some detection analyses are made for the positions of the noise source, the level of the noise and the reasons causing the noise. Through some contrast tests, a design method of adding an insulator to the timing cover is verified gradually. The design of the timing cover insulator is confirmed, the developed samples are tested on the vehicle and the problem of the timing noise is finally solved.
