基于发动机台架试验的整车油耗测试方法 被引量:6

摘要 随着国内轻型整车油耗限值法规要求的加严,使得整车油耗测量变得非常重要.基于发动机试验台架的一种整车油耗测试方法的应用技术,利用整车法规循环工况反算发动机运行工况,利用电力测功机发动机试验台架编制对应的发动机工况自动循环程序,利用台架设备温控及附件加载设备来控制试验边界条件,高瞬态油耗仪测量实时油耗,经验证,测量结果一致性达到0.5%以内,满足整车油耗测量需求. With the increasingly strictregulations on the fuel consumption limit for the light - duty vehicles, the measurement of the fuel consumption for a vehicle becomes very important. Anapplieation techniqueis put forward to measurethe fuel consumption of the vehicle through an engine test bench. According to the driving cycles of the vehicle from the regulations, the operating conditions of its engine are obtained by the back computation. The automaticeyele programsof the correspondingeonditions of the engine are prepared on a dynamometer test stand, the boundary conditions of the test are controlled by the temperature control equipment and its accessories of the bench, and the real-time fuel consumption is measured by a high transient fuel consumption instrument. The consistency of the resultsis verified within0. 5%, meeting the demand of a vehicle fuel consumption measurement.
