肉桂油中分离高纯度肉桂醛和乙酸肉桂酯的工艺 被引量:1

摘要 采用高真空低温精馏对热敏性天然物质肉桂油开展了分离高纯度肉桂醛、乙酸肉桂酯的研究,结果表明,肉桂醛精馏的最佳工艺条件为:塔釜温度160℃,回流比1︰1,真空度5mm Hg,肉桂醛的得率为85.0%,纯度达到98.1%;乙酸肉桂酯精馏的最佳工艺条件为:塔釜温度165℃,回流比2︰1,真空度5mm Hg,乙酸肉桂酯的得率为67.0%,纯度达到98.3%。研究结果将为肉桂油分离的实际生产提供参考。 High vacuum and low temperature distillation was used to separate high-purity cinnamic aldehyde and cinnamyl acetate from cinnamon oil. The optimum conditions of cinnamic aldehyde distillation was 160℃ tempera-ture distillation column reactor, 1 : 1 reflux ratio, 5 mmHg vacuum degree, and at this condition the cinnamic aldehyde yield was 85% with 98. 1% purity. The optimum conditions for cinnamyl acetate distillation was 165℃ distillation bottoms temperature, 2 : 1 reflux ratio, 5 mmHg vacuum degree, and at this condition the cinnamyl acetate yield was 67% with 98.3% purity. The results will provide a reference to the actual production of cinna- mon oil separation.
